If you are experiencing an issue with our product such as missing or faulty parts, please fill out our Customer Claim Form on this page. 

Once you've filled it out, a member of our customer support team will contact you as soon as possible. Typically, claims may take up to 48 business hours to complete.

All products are to be installed by a licensed installer in accordance with applicable Australian standards and regulations. It is illegal to carry out work if it is not completed by a licensed or registered installer. Installers are obliged to ensure that the work complies with safety standards and regulations. A compliance certificate must be provided to you by your installer, it verifies that the job has been done in accordance with both plumbing & electrical laws. In order for your claim to be valid, this section must be fully completed.

CLAIM PHOTO SUBMISSION PROCESS

In order to asses your claim we will need photographic depiction of the product issue. Please submit photos via email to [email protected] using the same email address as added in the form. If using a different email to submit photos from the email address submitted in the form, please add subject line "Claim Photos [email protected]" with the form email address. If we do not receive all the details as requested we will not be able to proceed and pursue your claim.

Photo requirements: Please use the below examples as a guide for the images required for your claim. Please ensure photos are taken from several different angles and attach video if needed. If images are not taken clearly as depicted below, you will be asked to send more photos through. Please provide as many images as possible to demonstrate the area of concern so your claim can be addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
